Do you suffer from the latest modern day stress-inducer - 'Nomophobia'?
"What's that?", you may ask?
Nomophobia is the 'fear of being out of mobile phone contact'. According to recent studies, most frequent mobile phone users have become addicted to their phones - so much so that they get very stressed out, panicked or fearful if they have no phone credit, lost signal, lose their phones, or have their phones stolen.
Seems that it's a symptom of the increasingly switched on 24/7 techno-world we're living in.
How about you? Do you think you're 'nomophobic'? We wanna know! Just answer a couple of questions about your mobile phone use below, and/or leave a comment!
