Has Pete Wentz gone bonkers?

Oh dear, we hope this is a joke! He recently said that his wedding to GF Ashlee Simpson will be inspired by the monster movie 'Gremlins 2'! Apparently Pete loves the movie and its star - the super-cute Gizmo - so much, that he thinks it would be a great idea to inspire his wedding day!

Pete said: "I think we're going to have our theme based around 'Gremlins 2'! We could have it take place in a mall and there could be little green naked monsters running about! We could even have Gizmo as a guest!"

LOL!! Wonder what Ashlee thinks about that!

In other nuptial news for the pair, Pete has assured fans he won't be helping Ashlee design her wedding dress, despite launching his own fashion line, 'Clandestine'.

"I would not even try to step in and design Ashlee's wedding dress. I don't think she would want that - thank God. I wouldn't marry anyone who wanted a wedding dress designed by me."

I hope Ashlee is okay with this!
If she is well then I supose they're allowed to have their wedding the way they want.
But still they could just celebrate 'Gremlins 2' some other time!

dude, i watched the first gremlins movie when i was 10 and i still have nightmares!!!!!!!!!! why the hell would you want to theme a wedding to it???????!!!!!!!
