What is Rock the Schools?
Boost Mobile Rock the Schools is stopping in at 70 schools to entertain and inspire students all over Australia. The Tour includes an electrifying live show by one of the 5 bands on tour including Amy Meredith, Van She, Dash and Will, Angela’s Dish and Fastcrew. Following the live gig, students are given the opportunity to be part of the music industry educational workshops run by education partner College of Creative Arts and Technology CCAT.

College of Creative Arts and Technology Scholarship
College of Creative Arts & Technology (CCAT) in association with 'Boost Mobile Rock the Schools, powered by Schwarzkopf Taft FULL ON and LIVE Colour’ is proud to offer a scholarship to the value of $10,000.00 towards any of the courses currently on offer at CCAT.

The scholarship can be in the following courses:  Music Performance, Drama, Dance, Audio Engineering, Film, Computer Animation, Graphic Design or Arts Management.

Who is eligible?
Any secondary student in 2008 anywhere in Australia is eligible to apply for the scholarship.

How do I apply?
Complete the CCAT Scholarship application form that is available on the CCAT website www.ccat.edu.au

Send a one page essay on what sort of career you would like in the entertainment industry, a resume / CV and any supporting material that you may have such as demo recordings and video footage.

Post the application and supporting material to:

The submission will be assessed based on the quality and content of the essay, the quality and content of the supporting materials and the overall presentation of the submission.

How do I know if I am successful?  
All applicants will be contacted in writing and the winner will be contacted via phone and in writing.

How long does the scholarship last?
The Scholarship must be used within 24 months of the scholarship letter of offer.
