Your positivity pledge: To be brave, appreciate my friends, laugh a lot and take time out just for me.
Being positive is important because... it helps you feel happier and it’s infectious.
I’m working towards thinking and being positive by... being thankful for all the great people in my life.
One of the most fun times I’ve had was...  snowboarding and shopping in Japan
last year!
A week in my life is... busy! Lots of work, a little bit of exercise and time out on the weekend with friends.
The values I find most attractive in others are...  honesty, a sense of humour, kindness, intelligence, an open mind and positivity.
My favourite feelgood food is... ice-cream!
What makes you instantly happy? Hanging out with my friends and Dan, my husband. A good belly laugh is awesome, too!
How do you cope when you’re feeling a bit down? By remembering that I have good friends and a loving fam!
What are you excited for in the future? Travel, new experiences, everything!

Being positive is important because... it gets you through life’s hurdles. They will always pop up, but you need to get past them to enjoy the good stuff!
