Girlfriend has been banning and deleting bullies forever, but it seems this issue just won't disappear. Consider this... We polled 1200 Girlfriend readers and 67 per cent of you said that you had been bullied or harassed by someone online or via mobile recently and 59 per cent of you knew the person who did it, and even more didn't know where to get help to stop or report bullies.

Cyberbullying is not only wrong, it's a crime that comes with some very real consequences. There is no such thing as an innocent bystander - if you see it, say something. If you're doing it - stop. The first step is to resist hitting forward, the next is to hit delete and then to report the bully. That's why this year we want you to join us in not only deleting but also blocking, reporting and untagging bullies from your group.
